Vision

The vision of ASAPP’s Promise is to build a healthier Fulton County.


Mission

The mission of ASAPP’s Promise is to promote and support healthy lifestyle choices of those who live and work in Fulton County through strengthening collaboration among partners and mobilizing community wide prevention efforts.


Purposes

  • Reduce alcohol, gambling, and substance use of youth, and over time, adults of Fulton County
  • Create, sustain and recognize communities throughout Fulton County that promote health and wellness through prevention.
  • Ensure that prevention focused health care and community-wide prevention efforts are available, integrated and mutually reinforcing.
  • Improve access to knowledge and opportunities in order to empower the people of Fulton County to make healthy choices.

 

Meetings

Meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month at 2:00pm virtually/HFM Prevention Council Training Center, 86 Briggs Street, Johnstown, NY 

 

Vision

The vision of the Four Rivers Alliance of Hamilton County is a healthy Hamilton County with proactive community involvement.


Mission

The mission of the Four Rivers Alliance is to create positive opportunities for health and well-being among families and individuals in Hamilton County.
