Vision

The vision of ASAPP’s Promise is to build a healthier Fulton County.


Mission

The mission of ASAPP’s Promise is to promote and support healthy lifestyle choices of those who live and work in Fulton County through strengthening collaboration among partners and mobilizing community wide prevention efforts.


Purposes

  • Reduce alcohol, gambling, and substance use of youth, and over time, adults of Fulton County
  • Create, sustain and recognize communities throughout Fulton County that promote health and wellness through prevention.
  • Ensure that prevention focused health care and community-wide prevention efforts are available, integrated and mutually reinforcing.
  • Improve access to knowledge and opportunities in order to empower the people of Fulton County to make healthy choices.

 

Meetings

We are currently meeting on the second Tuesday of every month at 9:30am in a hybrid format. Both Zoom and in person at the HFM Prevention Council's main office, located at 86 Briggs Street., Suite 5, Johnstown. The vision of the Four Rivers Alliance of Hamilton County is a healthy Hamilton County with proactive community involvement.


Mission

The mission of the Four Rivers Alliance is to create positive opportunities for health and well-being among families and individuals in Hamilton County.


Meetings

Vision

The vision of the Johnstown Community Coalition is to promote healthy choices in the Johnstown Community.

Mission

The mission of the Johnstown Community Coalition is to improve the overall health of Johnstown by providing resources within the community to aid in reducing youth substance use.


Meetings

We are currently meeting on the fourth Monday of every month at 10:00am in a hybrid format. Both Zoom and in person at the HFM Prevention Council's main office, located at 86 Briggs Street., Suite 5, Johnstown. The vision of the Glove City Coalition is to promote a healthy future through collaboration and education.


Mission

The mission of the Glove City Coalition is to strive to reduce youth substance use by engaging and supporting the community through education and collaboration to promote and sustain healthy lifestyles.


Meetings

We are currently meeting on the third Thursday of every month at 10:00am in a hybrid format.  Both Zoom and in person at the Gloversville Library. For more information email bonnie.peck@gesdk12.org

The vision of the Montgomery County Cares Coalition is health, prevention, and collaboration.


Mission

The mission of the Montgomery County Cares Coalition is to build a healthier Montgomery County through the reduction and prevention of youth substance use, health awareness, and collaboration with community partners. 


Meetings
